Looking Forward grants support the exploration and implementation of significant organizational change to help Manitoba-based arts and cultural organizations prepare for the future and reach their goals. The program supports research and development of new revenue streams, new business models and organizational structures, new directions and organizational sustainability, strategic partnerships and sharing resources, and addressing life cycle issues like mergers and wind-downs.
