What it is

Dance for Parkinson's classes are movement and exercise classes for people living with Parkinson's, their carers and families. Classes are led by trained dancers and live musicians. Exercises are designed to support flexibility, gait and balance and encourage fluid movement. Classes also include voice exercises and socialising. Classes take place at Dance Base on Wednesdays from 11:30–13:30.
