What it is

Embodied Transitions is a one-year holistic integration program for dance artists to develop clarity in direction, feel rooted in their value, and build practical tools for navigating artistic transitions. The program runs September 2026 to August 2027, with monthly focused themes following the natural rhythm of seasons (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer). It includes shared movement practices, reflection and exchange with other artists, and dedicated space to develop your own creative offerings. Participants also receive guidance on making their artistic work more sustainable and reaching wider audiences. The program is available internationally online via Zoom with some in-person gatherings throughout the year.
