The IMPACT funding programme supports diversity development in Berlin's cultural sector, particularly in independent arts. It is intersectional and actor-focused, complementing other funding programmes. Projects must not have begun, must be publicly presented in Berlin, and can be co-productions. Excluded are CD productions, printing cost subsidies, pure workshop formats, association-internal anniversaries, benefit events, celebrations of any kind, and profit-oriented commercial ventures.
