Sensing Bodies 2027 is a ten-day dance, rhythm and movement retreat/workshop in Gamboa, Santa Catarina, Brazil. The program explores folkloric and ancestral dance lineages from Brazil, Africa and Europe, co-creation with nature, and experimental artistic tools and traditions. Participants experience daily live music and instruction from an international teaching team including Ruth Douthwright, Irineu Nogueira, Kevin O'Connor, Camila Seeger, Alysson Bruno, and Damarise Ste Marie.
