Kuopio Dance Festival invites mid-career dance artists and companies to 20-minute programming meetings with Artistic Director Samuli Emery in Wien, Lissabon, Stockholm, Kuopio, Helsinki and online during summer-autumn 2026. Meeting slots can be booked directly through the festival website on a first come first serve basis starting 13 July 2026.

Who it is for

Mid-career dance artists and companies with at least 7 years of professional experience who create tourable works for outdoor and public spaces, young audiences, or works using street, club, folk and/or social dance practices.

Open to artists anywhere.
