A strategic planning program for Indigenous nations and organizations that teaches techniques and steps for creating, implementing, and evaluating strategic plans while incorporating traditional and spiritual wisdom, cultural teachings, and Indigenous worldviews of planning as intergenerational, relational, and connected to the land.
Indigenous leaders, administrators, and service providers working with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit councils, boards of Indigenous organizations, managers, administrators, team leaders, and urban Indigenous organizations, who are 18 or older.
Open to artists in Canada.

A 6-day residential program from February 21-26, 2027 at Banff Centre including accommodation in a single bedroom, meals on a flexible credit-based system with 40% discount, group seminars and workshops, access to fitness facilities, and box office discounts; participants who complete the program earn a Certificate of Indigenous Leadership, Governance and Management Excellence.
