What you get

A loan of up to 50% of project costs and no more than 15% of the company's annual book sales revenue, to be repaid over 5 to 12 annual installments after a 12 to 18 month grace period.

What you need to apply

• Application submitted through the CNL digital aid portal
• SIREN number and proof of tax residence in France
• Proof of SME status under European definition
• Proof of publishing company status with publishing activity in articles of association
• Proof of at least 3 years of activity (two complete financial years)
• Financial statements showing annual book sales revenue exceeding €100,000 net
• Distribution and diffusion contracts for France or list of at least 50 partner bookstores nationally
• Proof that at least 50% of revenue comes from bookstore sales
• Detailed project budget and financing plan
• Project description with market relevance analysis
• Bank transfer authorization for loan repayment
