What you get

A subsidy of up to 70% of eligible costs with a minimum of €500, paid in one lump sum upon decision notification.

What you need to apply

• Letter of application signed by the organisation's representative, specifying main project objectives
• Detailed description of activities: theme, content, author names, target audiences, day-by-day calendar, participating bookstores and partners
• Preliminary budget showing author remuneration amounts, financial partners and subsidies sought, with balanced income and expenses, signed and dated
• Attestation of author remuneration based on CNL fee scale, signed
• Record of previously-organised operations for Partir en Livre and/or in favour of books, youth or poetry, including themes, types, content, speakers, target audiences, financial partners and locations
• If previously funded: realised budget from preceding edition signed and dated, specifying total author remuneration
• If previously funded: list of remunerated authors with remuneration amounts for each
• Audited accounts of previous financial year, signed and identified
• For companies: RCS extract dated less than 3 months old
• For associations making first application: prefecture declaration receipt, current bylaws, current board/bureau composition; for subsequent applications: bylaws and composition only if modified
