Priority given to applications demonstrating high quality musicianship, commitment to training and musical education, and repertoire and technique development.
Formally constituted bands based in Northern Ireland (accordion orchestras/bands, brass bands, concert bands, flute bands, pipe bands, or wind bands) that have been established for at least 2 years and have been invited to perform outside Northern Ireland.
