A laboratory workshop combining technical and choreographic skills in partnering and lifting. The somatic and acrobatic approach focuses on touch, momentum, falling, and the interplay of collision and absorption through play, movement, listening, and physical engagement. Participants should expect work involving physical contact, lifting, partnering, and floor work.
Dancers with professional, semi-professional, or advanced experience in contemporary dance or contact improvisation.
