A mentoring programme for 15 early-career professionals in performing arts and music industries across sub-Saharan Africa, running January through December 2027, part of the Africa-Europe Partnerships for Culture programme funded by the European Union.
Early-career professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in artist support roles (management, production, distribution, administration, communications) in performing arts and music, who are permanent residents of sub-Saharan Africa and at least 18 years old.
Open to artists in Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi and others.

Mentoring pairing with an experienced mentor based in Africa or Europe, quarterly group workshops, a group immersion trip with travel and accommodation covered, and a €7,500 grant to the mentee's affiliated organisation for operations, development, skills enhancement, professional equipment, tools, software, communication or travel costs.
