The Music Australia Export Development Fund supports international touring and showcase activity by Australian contemporary music artists through matched funding.

Who it is for

Australian citizens or permanent residents who are practising contemporary music artists, including solo artists, instrumentalists, bands, ensembles, electronic artists, producers, songwriters and composers.

What you get

Matched funding of $5,000 to $75,000 for international touring and showcase activity, with matched funding required to be at least equal to the grant request.

• Evidence of matched funding (equal to or greater than grant request)
• Biographies and CVs for key artists, personnel or other collaborators, up to 2 words
• Letters of confirmation from collaborators and/or venues
• Evidence of arts practice (website link, audio/video links, images, written material), up to 10 words
• Evidence of cultural protocols compliance and permissions (if relevant)
• Project budget showing matched funding
