LSO Pathways is a two-year programme of support and activity designed for emerging orchestral musicians. Six people are recruited each year. Participants attend three residential weekends in London annually, are matched with an LSO mentor for monthly meetings, and receive training in orchestral life including education work, creative opportunities and career guidance.
Emerging orchestral musicians aged 18 or over who play violin, viola, cello, double bass, harp, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, contrabassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, bass trombone, tuba or percussion, and who face barriers that have hindered their progress.
Open to artists in United Kingdom.
