This scheme encourages and promotes artistic presence in health settings and cultural access for people in care institutions in the health and medico-social sectors. Projects must implement genuine partnerships, involve active user participation, include minimum 20 hours of intervention with participants, and propose a form of project presentation or valorisation.
A health or medico-social institution or service under ARS administrative and pricing authority, or a Local Health Contract, in partnership with a cultural structure and/or independent professional artist.
Open to artists in France.
