Macy's is casting face characters and puppeteers to perform in interactive meet-and-greet experiences during the 2026 holiday season. Performers will bring characters to life through puppetry, theatrical performance, improvisation, and scripted content. Performers must be comfortable performing up to 30-minute sets, wearing costumes, working in crowds, and operating technical equipment like gimbal mechanisms and microphone systems. The role requires standing for extended periods and navigating stairs, elevators and ramps. Performers are expected to work at least 7 shifts. Macy's encourages performers from diverse backgrounds to apply.
Performers aged 18 and over with experience as face performers or puppeteers in theme parks, cruise ships, film, television, or branded character appearances.
