The London Philharmonic Orchestra's Conducting Fellowship is a flagship programme launched in 2023 that supports the development of world-class conductors of the future through intensive work with the Orchestra over a season. It is open to up to two outstanding early-career conductors from backgrounds currently under-represented in professional, world-class orchestras. Applicants self-identify their eligibility based on under-represented criteria which may include gender, racial, ethnic or socio-economic backgrounds, neurodiversity and disability.
