Individuals and teams from around the world are invited to propose site-responsive land and ecological art for Eulsukdo, an estuarine island at the mouth of the Nakdong River. The island is an important stopover for migratory birds and has been restored as wetlands and migratory bird habitat after previous agricultural, landfill and urban development. Proposals should respond to the island's ecology, landscape, history and changing environment while minimising ecological disturbance and demonstrating environmental responsibility. No on-site construction or artwork installation is permitted during peak migratory bird arrival (November through February).
Individual artists, creative teams, and organisations professionally active in art, landscape architecture, architecture, design or related fields.

380,000,000 KRW for artwork production, implementation, installation and stays, plus 20,000,000 KRW artist fee. Second-round finalists receive 1,000,000 KRW presentation honorarium. Project completion and public opening May to June 2027.
