Urban arts residency in Guadalajara, Mexico launching a new studio. Artists live and work in Colonia Americana, a vibrant neighborhood. Residency length ranges from 1 to 6 months, with preference for stays of at least 2 months. The residency supports artists from different disciplines and media. Organisers provide logistics support, suggestions about local galleries and events, and assistance with final presentations. Artists may paint murals on available indoor walls. The residency is independent with no access to funds for artist expenses, but can provide official invitation letters for artists applying to grants. Special introductory fee for the first months of this new studio.
