A call supporting arts and culture cooperation networks between cities in Turkey and Europe through equal partnerships between Turkish and European civil society organisations and municipalities. Projects should strengthen local cultural ecosystems in Turkey while establishing lasting ties and fair, sustainable cultural cooperation through activities in policy-making, artistic production, capacity building, infrastructure strengthening, and outreach.
