Casasanvito is a 3-week artist residency hosted in an 18th-century frescoed palazzo in Monte San Vito, Marche, Italy. The program welcomes all forms of art including visual art, performance art, writing, and ballet. Two artists per session share a large studio and common spaces while maintaining private bedrooms and bathrooms. The residency includes accommodation, utilities, basic materials, and access to a shared kitchen. Artists are expected to donate one completed work to the association, which may be featured in annual curated exhibitions. The residency organizes networking events, open studios, and workshops to connect artists with the local community. Participants are encouraged but not required to participate in talks and public studio visits.
Artists of all disciplines may apply to this residency program.
