The Fine Odd

What it is

The Fine Odd is a Q1 2027 fine arts publication from Hand-Fetish-Projects published in two volumes: photography and illustration, painting, drawing, collage, printmaking and related print techniques. It collects works that resist easy classification within familiar categories or established aesthetic expectations. Volume I accepts conceptual, documentary, staged, experimental, analog, digital, fashion, and retouched photography and other photographic practices. Volume II accepts illustration, painting, drawing, collage, printmaking, digital art and mixed media related to printing. The curation is based on each work's intrinsic logic rather than a fixed definition of "odd"; placement and visual proximity of works within the publication form part of the curatorial structure.

Artists worldwide working in photography or print-based visual arts, with no academic training required.
