Open call for a large-scale sculptural installation designed for permanent outdoor display. The winning proposal will be selected based on originality, site-specificity, creative composition, conceptual clarity, relationship to place and context, ability to provide active viewer experience, scale and environmental integration, technical and construction adequacy, public safety, and sustainability and maintenance parameters. The awarded work will be publicly presented at an opening ceremony in June 2027 and remain in permanent public display.
Visual artists working in sculpture, installation, sound installation, mixed media, natural materials, land art, environmental art, or ecological art.
Open to artists anywhere.

€15,000 award, plus the foundation covers construction costs and artist travel and accommodation. The selected artist has February to May 2027 to create the work, which will be permanently displayed outdoors in Ayios Nikolaos, Crete, and become part of the foundation's art collection.
