What it is

The Fulbright Schuman Program provides grants to EU citizens for research or study relevant to US-EU relations or EU affairs and policy, with relevance to at least two EU member states. Research must be conducted at an accredited U.S. university or non-profit research institution for a maximum of nine months. Candidates with permanent positions at the European Commission are ineligible.

Who it is for

Citizens of any of the 27 EU member states who are students, scholars, or professionals with at least two years of related professional or academic experience beyond a Bachelor's degree.

Open to artists in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands and others.
