Open call for a large-scale public sculpture installation designed for permanent outdoor display. The selected proposal will be distinguished by originality, site-specificity, and creative composition. Works are evaluated on clarity and conceptual coherence, connection to place and context, ability to offer active viewer experience, scale and environmental integration, technical and construction adequacy, public safety, and sustainability and maintenance parameters. The selected work will be publicly unveiled in June 2027.
Visual artists working in sculpture, installation, sound installation, mixed media, natural materials, land art, environmental art, ecological art, or innovative interventions in open spaces.

€15,000 award, plus all construction costs and artist travel and accommodation covered by the foundation. Selected artist has February to May 2027 to create the work, which will be permanently installed at Agios Nikolaos, Crete and added to the foundation's collection.
