The Loewe Foundation's tenth annual craft prize recognizes excellence in craftsmanship and promotes the artisanal legacy of the brand. The prize seeks to recognize outstanding works that demonstrate artistic vision and innovation, reflecting the personal language and distinct hand of the creator. Works must be original, created in the last five years, transportable with maximum dimensions of 120cm (width) x 200cm (depth) x 220cm (height) or maximum weight of 1,000kg per component, and cannot have won previous awards. Categories include ceramics, bookbinding, enamel, jewelry, lacquer, metal, furniture, leather, textiles, glass, wood, paper, and other applied arts materials.
Professional craftspeople aged 18 or older from any nationality who create handmade or partially handmade works in applied arts.
