International bilingual research residency programme combining twelve months of online curatorial laboratory (March 2027–February 2028) with one month of in-person residency in Japan (March, April or May 2028). The online phase includes twelve monthly creative prompts connecting expanded photography with Japanese aesthetics (wabi-sabi, kintsugi, ma, Provoke movement) and personalized curatorial feedback. The in-person phase involves studio work, site-specific research, experimentation with local industrial waste materials and community dialogue in Kurashiki. This is a self-financed professional programme with monthly or lump-sum payment options.
