A mural competition to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the School of Communication Sciences at the National University of Córdoba. The theme is 'In defense of Public University'. The winning design will be painted on a 94 square meter surface on the south and east facades of the Guevara Building, executed jointly by the winning artist(s) and the organizing team.
