Short film shooting in New York City. On a NYC street corner, a chance encounter between two strangers turns electric when an unseen immigration arrest unfolds nearby. Seeking non-union and union performers for roles including a delivery worker in her 40s-60s (Latina, 5'0" or shorter, fluent Spanish), featured background pedestrians and onlookers (20s-50s, all genders and ethnicities) witnessing an ICE detention, and agents (20s-50s, all genders) conducting the immigration stop. Featured background roles are non-speaking with natural, grounded reactions. Call times begin in the evening and may shoot into the next day.
Performers, both union and non-union, available to shoot in New York City on October 4-6, 2026.
