What it is

Funding to support travel to key international market development platforms and key gatherings, enabling Australian artists and organisations to build and sustain international networks and connections. Eligible costs include flights, accommodation, per diems, ground transport, travel insurance, visas, freight, marketing costs, event registration, and access costs. The fund prioritises literature applicants attending London Book Fair (March 2027), Bologna Children's Book Fair (April 2027), and Seoul International Book Fair (June 2027). Applications must demonstrate how travel supports market development, promotion, publishing, pitching, selling or export of works into international markets.

Australian citizens, permanent residents, and Australian arts organisations working in community arts, dance, emerging arts, First Nations arts, literature, multi-art forms, music (excluding contemporary music), or theatre who want to travel internationally to market development platforms and key gatherings.
