This is a bursary and commissioning programme for composers delivered in partnership with the London Symphony Orchestra. Participants receive funding, artistic development opportunities and career support. The programme is run by Sound and Music and based in London.
Composers over 18 who have the right to reside in the UK or are studying there, are UK-based and able to attend regular activities in London, and are not on another LSO composer scheme.

For Members: a bursary, workshop time with musicians, mentorship, professional development workshops, technical and production support, and a platform to showcase work at the 2027 Soundhub Showcase. For Associates: access to free or discounted rehearsal space, technical support, and ad hoc calls for work. All participants receive access to LSO rehearsals and concerts and peer-to-peer networking.
