What it is

This BFI funding programme supports film exhibitors and distributors in bringing bold and distinctive films to audiences across the UK. It aims to help reach diverse audiences beyond traditional cinema-going demographics. Applicants are typically organisations involved in film exhibition or distribution rather than individual filmmakers.
