Free
Biennial photography prize bringing together photography and scientific imaging around health and science themes: discovery research, mental health, infectious disease, and climate and health. Three categories: striking solo photography (single image), storytelling series (3–5 images), and scientific and medical imaging (single image made with scientific or medical technique). Eligible work includes documentary, clinical, studio, still-life, close-up, photomacrography, microscopy, and medical imaging such as CT, PET, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, thermography, and emerging biomedical imaging. Illustration, moving image and AI-generated images not accepted. Images must be taken after 31 December 2021 and submitted at print resolution. Judges assess creativity and visual impact, storytelling and relevance, and technical excellence.
Photographers and image makers worldwide of any background or experience level.
Open to artists anywhere.
