Free
Supports international collaborations in music, theatre, dance and performance between performing arts organisations and artists based outside Germany and their German partners. Projects must demonstrate genuine and balanced partnership, mutual interest, dialogue and meaningful artistic exchange. Eligible projects create new work or develop existing productions with strong artistic concept and public impact. Not eligible: purely commercial work, commissioned works, guest performances, tours, residencies, music recordings, film, exhibitions without performative element, or operational costs.
Legally registered cultural organisations, ensembles, associations and foundations based outside Germany that partner with German-based artists or organisations to create new performance work or develop existing productions.
Open to artists in Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi and others.
