A targeted scheme to support the development of outstanding artists and bands who are writing their own music and future industry professionals outside London who face additional barriers in reaching a crucial career tipping point based on their location. The programme provides financial support, access to industry platforms, knowledge and advice, and aims to support regional infrastructure so music creators and professionals do not need to leave their region to progress in their careers.
Songwriters, artists, bands and performers writing their own music, and future industry professionals such as managers, promoters, record labels, music publishers and booking agents based outside London in Liverpool City Region, Tees Valley or Wales who face additional barriers to reaching a crucial career tipping point.
