An accessible and inclusive dance and arts residency center located in Jefferson, New York on 9 acres of rural land. The facility offers artist-in-residence programs, performance programming, dance classes, and health/wellness retreats. Residents can expect a rural atmosphere with scenic mountains and natural beauty. Spouses and partners are allowed for full stays as non-collaborators. Artists may be asked to donate work, participate in public programming, give presentations, teach, lead workshops, or participate in skill shares. A Work Exchange program is available offering up to 32% discount for contributed work including cleanup, organization, light lifting, and outdoor gardening.
