Scholarships for dance professionals transitioning to a new career after their active dance career. Applications are accepted three times per year with deadlines on March 30th, June 30th, and October 30th. Individual counselling from the foundation's head office is required before applying.

Who it is for

Professional dancers with at least seven years of professional experience in permanent contract positions or as self-employed dancers, with at least five years of professional work in Germany.

Open to artists in Germany.

  • Evidence of at least seven years professional experience and at least five years of professional work in Germany
  • Proof of unlimited residence permit (for non-EC or non-Schengen citizens)
