What it is

A seasonal apprenticeship program placing early-career professionals and college students across multiple departments of Spoleto Festival USA for 4 to 6 weeks each spring. Apprentices work hands-on alongside professional arts administrators and technicians in departments such as Artist Services, Box Office, Chamber Music, Development, Education, Finance, Marketing, Music Operations, Orchestra Library and Personnel, or Operations.

Who it is for

Early-career professionals and college students at least 18 years old (21+ for select positions) with valid work authorization in the United States.

What you get

Weekly salary of $600 for new apprentices or $650 for returning apprentices, travel stipend for those outside Charleston, free dormitory housing or daily housing stipend, and complimentary tickets to select festival performances.
