Residency Program

What it is

A retreat near Temecula Valley in southern California offering residential stays for artists to create in a secluded natural setting. Individual cottages include WiFi, AC, kitchen, bathroom, workspace and porch. Two cottages have Steinway and Kimball baby grand pianos. Grounds feature a reflecting pond, small lake with rowboat, and hiking trails. Applications are reviewed in order of receipt; approved candidates receive a contract and are asked for a deposit to secure dates.

What you get

Private cottage with kitchen, bathroom, workspace and mountain views, access to shared Community Arts Center with library and studio facilities including printmaking press, for 1 to 6 weeks; residency fees are $450-$675 per week with discounts for four or more weeks.
