ARTCRY is a fund supporting urgent artistic responses to current social and political events. The fund encourages artists to create bold political work with rapid funding to enable fast action. Applications should open up or provoke dialogue rather than close it down, startle people with a new perspective, ask audiences to think more deeply, strive to make an impact, respect difference, and be presented in the public realm with a spirit of openness and accessibility at its core.
Artists at any stage in their career working in any artform who can create urgent artistic responses to current social and political events.
Open to artists anywhere.
