What it is

A multi-racial, multi-ethnic, multi-generational creative residency on unceded Abenaki land in Fletcher, Vermont, stewarding 66 acres of wooded property. The residency offers short-term (1–4 weeks) and long-term (6–8 weeks) stays for artists and writers to create work, participate in building projects, engage in conversations about social, racial, and environmental justice, and contribute to sustainable, equitable creative community for BIPOC, ALAANA, and LGBTQIA+ culture workers. Residents stay in various accommodations, participate in meals, access shared and private studios, and may be asked to donate artwork, give presentations, or lead skill shares.
