What it is

An apprenticeship academy position with Orkest Phion / Phion Symphony Orchestra. The Phion Heersink Academy bridges the gap between education and professional music, offering young talented musicians the opportunity to develop their skills and transition to a professional music career. Academy members collaborate with renowned conductors, soloists and experienced orchestra musicians, participating in symphonic, opera, educational and chamber music productions. The programme includes audition training, coaching, masterclasses and workshops.

Who it is for

Viola players not older than 27 years on September 1, 2027, who hold or are pursuing a Master's degree from a conservatory and are residents of the EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, or hold a valid Dutch work permit.

Open to artists in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands and others.

What you get
