Exchange programme in partnership with Kooperativa to build knowledge and lasting relationships between Flemish artists and Southeast European arts professionals, with a focus on art and democracy. Participants shadow a grassroots, artist-led or socially and politically engaged organisation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia or Slovenia for 3 to 5 days, then share their experiences with the Flemish arts sector through a report in their preferred format (written, video, lecture, sound recording) at a gathering in autumn 2027.
Flemish artists and arts professionals in visual arts, performing arts, music and sound who wish to deepen their knowledge of the Southeast European arts sector.
Open to artists in Belgium.
