European Festivals Fund for Emerging Artists - EFFEA

What it is

An artist-in-residence programme aimed at fostering the international career of emerging artists through residencies across a minimum of 3 festivals co-produced by a leading festival in collaboration with partner festivals from different eligible countries. Artists develop ideas and creative projects and forge connections with festival programmers, audiences and other professionals across Europe.

Who it is for

Emerging artists proposed by partner festivals across Europe, defined by their novelty to programmers and audiences and potential for international breakthrough rather than by age.

Open to artists in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands and others.
