Reference production funding for producers of feature films, talent films, children's films, documentaries and animated films. In stage 1, reference funds are awarded based on a previously produced film's commercial or festival success measured in reference points (minimum 25,000 points for feature films; minimum 10,000 points for talent, children's or documentary films). In stage 2, the awarded funds can be used within three years to produce or prepare new films, with up to 75% available for pre-production or equity capital increases.
Producers of feature films, talent films, children's films, documentaries and animated films with residence or business location in Germany whose previously produced film has been successfully distributed.
