A two-stage funding programme for producers of short films and non-feature-length children's films. Stage 1 involves applying for recognition of reference funding based on festival success and awards earned within two years of film completion; films must achieve at least 15 reference points to qualify (5 points per festival participation, 10 points per award). Stage 2 allows applicants to request disbursement of the awarded funds within two years for production of new projects, preparation of films, or capital reinforcement of the company.
Producers of short films (maximum 30 minutes) or non-feature-length children's films (less than 59 minutes) who have residence or a registered business in Germany.
Open to artists in Germany.
