A three-year initiative opening doors for European artists to enter the U.S. cultural landscape while creating opportunities for American and European artists to work together. Visual artists spend two months in US residencies paired with American artists. Musicians spend two weeks in Cleveland working with local music industry and paired with American musicians for studio and co-writing time. All participants culminate in performances and exhibitions in Washington, D.C.

For visual artists: two months in a US artist residency with airfare, lodging, studio space, a €4,000 stipend and €500 materials budget. For musicians: two weeks in Cleveland with travel, accommodation, meals and on-the-ground support. All participants attend a final event in Washington, D.C.
