What it is

A call to support co-creation projects between Ukrainian artists and cultural organisations and their peers across Creative Europe countries on the topic of resilience. Projects must involve at least one Ukrainian partner and one partner from another Creative Europe participating country. All cultural and creative sectors are eligible except audio-visual. Each project must include a public presentation in the location of every participating partner.

What you get

Up to €25,000 covering up to 90% of total project costs, with support for 7-10 projects.

What you need to apply

  • Application form and budget completed on platform
  • Letter of Guarantee signed by head of applicant organisation (template provided)
  • Registration documents with English translation if issued in another language (for non-Ukrainian organisations) OR Full Extract from Unified State Register dated 5 October 2026 or later (for Ukrainian organisations)
  • Current Statutes or equivalent with English translation if issued in another language (for non-Ukrainian organisations) OR in original language (for Ukrainian organisations)
  • Project description including relevance to call objectives, intercultural dialogue contribution, cross-cutting priorities integration, expected impact, sustainability plans, and expected outcomes, up to 1500 words
  • Description of public presentation events planned for each partner community (at least 2 events, one in Ukraine)
  • Project team description with full names, roles, responsibilities and relevant experience
  • Partnership description explaining how equal participation of partners will be ensured
  • Audience description with estimated size, number of presentations, and engagement format, up to 1200 words
  • Mechanism for measuring audience engagement at project events, up to 1200 words
  • Description of external and internal risks and mitigation strategies
  • Communication and visibility approach
  • Description of how free access to final project results will be ensured
  • Budget table with costs following fixed unit rates and actual cost reimbursement as specified
