Two-stage reference distribution funding for film distributors. Stage 1 awards reference funds based on reference points earned from audience success or festival success. A feature film requires minimum 25,000 reference points; talent, children's or documentary films require minimum 10,000 points. Stage 2 allows use of awarded funds for a new project within three years.
Film distribution companies regularly active in Germany with a registered office or branch in Germany that have successfully released feature, talent, children's, documentary or animation films.
