This self-directed residency provides photographers with private studio time in Banff, including access to a black and white darkroom, for individual research and creation. Artists work independently without a structured program, focusing on their own projects. The residency is hosted at Banff Centre's Leighton Artist Studios.
Individual photographers aged 18 and over with a demonstrated record of accomplishment, a clearly defined project, and proven knowledge and experience working in an analogue darkroom facility.
